SUBMISSION
How do I submit information for my design?

During the checkout process, you will be able to submit the details for the program and upload up to 30 photos. Any additional photo submissions would need to be submitted during the collaboration process. We offer one complimentary revision after you receive your design for proofing. Once you approve your proof, printing begins. Please review carefully before approval, as we cannot make changes or issue refunds afterward. Additional edits may incur a small fee of $25. If printing has been initiated, a reprint fee may be incurred.

Important Note: All programs include five (5) photos. Any additional photos consist of a fee of $5.
DELIVERY
Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

Yes, we offer local delivery within a 50-mile radius of Montgomery for a small fee of $25. If you prefer pickup, your items can be picked up from our local office in Montgomery, AL.

What is the turnaround time for design?

DIY: Instant access after payment.

Digital Design Orders: Proofs are sent within 24-48 hours for your approval.

Print & Ship Orders: Design proof within 24-48 hours; once approved, printing begins immediately.

Custom or Complex Designs: Please allow up to 72 hours for design completion and proof delivery, as we take extra care to ensure every detail is perfect.

How long does shipping take?

We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Typical delivery is 2-4 business days after printing. Express options are available at checkout.
We provide tracking with every order. We are not responsible for postal delays or lost packages. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We are not responsible for shipping delays, mishandling by carriers, or incorrect information provided by clients.
